\nIn 2015, the Select Committee of the Administrative Council
\nof the European Patent Organisation adopted two pieces of secondary legislation
\nfor the implementation of the Unitary Patent at the EPO: the Rules relating to Unitary Patent
\nProtection and the Rules relating to Fees for Unitary Patent Protection.\n<\/p>\n
\nFollowing amendments made to the Rules relating to Unitary
\nPatent Protection and adopted by the Select Committee in December 2021 and
\nMarch 2022 (Rules 16(1)(i), (w) and (x)), the EPO has now published a
\nconsolidated version of the amended Rules in the April issue of its Official
\nJournal.\n<\/p>\n
\nOn this occasion and with a view to providing the users with
\nan overview of the most important secondary legislation regarding the Unitary
\nPatent, the Rules relating to Fees for Unitary Patent Protection, too, have been
\nre-published in the same edition of the Official Journal. They have not been amended
\nsince their adoption in 2015 and were last published in the Official Journal in
